Must be a member of Giant Flexible Rewards with an online account. Offer can only be earned once per eligible transaction. Eligible transactions are transactions that include an on-site immunization or a prescription for a non-controlled substance that is not paid for, in whole or in part, by a federal or state funded insurance plan (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, or TriCare). Reward points are not allocated to controlled substance prescriptions and these prescriptions do not earn rewards. Eligible immunizations for point bonuses must be rendered on-site at a Giant Pharmacy; off-site immunizations, as well as transactions through curbside pickup and delivery are not eligible.
