Members earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent New members tet a $10 CashPass Reward on signup. There is a birthday gift: a $10 CashPass Reward. Members also receive a $10 CashPass Reward when they reach $200.

JCPenney Credit Card or JCPenney Mastercard, you will receive 1.5 JCPenney Rewards points, up to the point maximum per transaction (2,000). JCPenney Mastercard® cardmembers earn Reward points when using their Mastercard Account outside of JCPenney Stores and jcp.com, provided their JCPenney Mastercard Account is open and in good standing. Earn 1 Point for every $5 dollars in net purchases (purchases made by you or an authorized user minus returns and adjustments) everywhere Mastercard is accepted (other than JCPenney Stores and jcp.com). Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, finance charges, and fees do not qualify for points. Amounts are calculated based upon the sum of the prior billing cycle’s Mastercard purchases less returns and includes points earned from applicable bonus offers. If you use a different payment method, you will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on a qualifying purchase up to the point maximum. Rewards apply to net card purchases (minus returns). Once you reach 200 points, you will be issued a $10 JCPenney CashPass Reward, redeemable on eligible JCPenney purchases. Your account must be in good standing when the reward points are earned and CashPass rewards are issued.
