You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on product purchases. Every time you reach 150 points, you earn a $5 reward. Upon signup members get 15% off their next purchase and every 150 points earns a $5 reward (one dollar spent equals one point.) If a member creates a pet profile they earn 10 points and their pet receives an exclusive surprise if their birthday is included in the profile. Members also get double points on the birthday date. Members can also earn points by making a donation to local pet charities. Pet owners are also rewarded when it comes to dog washes. After the purchase of six, pet owners receive a free wash.

a. VIP Rewards is free to join. There is no purchase necessary to become a Pet Supermarket VIP Rewards member. Void where prohibited. b. To enroll, you must be 18 years of age or older and be a resident of one of the 48 contiguous states or the District of Columbia. c. To join: i. In-store – an individual must provide their first and last name, phone number and mailing address. An email address is recommended but not required as it will be used for communication to members of the VIP program regarding program information, promotions and Rewards (as hereinafter defined). ii. Online – an individual must provide first and last name, phone number and email address. d. Each person is only allowed one VIP account. "Household" accounts for multiple members of the same home or family are not permitted. e. It is the VIP member's responsibility to advise Pet Supermarket of any changes to his/her personal information by updating his/her personal profile online, at a Pet Supermarket store or by contacting Pet Supermarket Customer Service at 1-866-230-5188. f. After sign-up, VIP members are immediately eligible to start earning points.
