In consideration of Pilot Travel Centers LLC's (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, including, but not limited to Flying J Inc. and SFJ Inc., collectively referred to as "PTC") allowing you to use any software application, whether tablet, smartphone or other app (including its contents and services) (the “App”), online or mobile website, Wi-Fi-access, myRewards Loyalty Program, or Prime Parking® Program ( including all of their respective content and services) (collectively be referred to “Electronic Platform”) and the services provided by and related to the Electronic Platform, as applicable, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) of this Agreement (the "Agreement"). You must read all of the Terms of Use as set forth herein prior to accessing or using any PTC Electronic Platform. You acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years of age or older, that use of the Electronic Platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use, and that your continued use of the Electronic Platform constitutes a continuing acceptance of this Agreement as it may be revised from time to time in PTC's sole discretion and without notice to you. This Agreement will be accessible from the www.pilotflyingj.com/terms-and-conditions, and it is your responsibility to check this Agreement each time before you use the Electronic Platform for any revisions.
