Winn-Dixie rewards is a rewards program operated by Southeastern Grocers, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, and/or “our”). We are a grocery store chain operating grocery stores under two different banners: Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarkets (each, a “Store”). Winn-Dixie rewards lets you earn rewards points (“Points”) when you make qualifying purchases at any of our Stores or through our online delivery program. Fully enrolled Winn-Dixie rewards members (“Members”) may use the Points they earn for savings at participating Stores. Points may also be redeemed on the shop.winndixie.com site. Points may not be redeemed for online purchases from third party online delivery companies (such as DoorDash, Instacart, Shipt, Uber, etc.). These Terms and Conditions, and any additional ones we establish for certain offers (collectively the “Terms”), govern your participation as an individual in the Winn-Dixie rewards program (“Winn-Dixie rewards”). In connection with Winn-Dixie rewards, we operate the website, www.WinnDixie.com, and the Winn-Dixie app. By enrolling in Winn-Dixie rewards; fully enrolling in a prior rewards program and then receiving and using your new Winn-Dixie rewards account; accessing www.WinnDixie.com or any of our other banner websites; accessing our services through our respective Store mobile applications; and/or by clicking “I agree to the Terms and Conditions,” you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
