Ascend Cannabis rolls out 'Ascenders Club' loyalty program

Ascend Wellness Holdings, a multi-state cannabis operator, has launched a digital platform and revamped loyalty program, the Ascenders Club.

Designed to simplify the customer experience while offering greater value, it features a four-tiered structure — Blue, Gold, Platinum and the exclusive, invite-only Legends Club — with perks increasing at each level. Benefits include special offers, birthday gifts and priority access to new products.

The Ascenders Club is integrated into Ascend's new mobile app and e-commerce platform, providing a frictionless shopping experience. Customers can browse products, track their rewards and make cashless payments directly through the app using the new Ascend Pay digital wallet solution.

Existing customers are automatically enrolled in the program based on purchase history. New customers can join via the company's website, in-store or by downloading the new Ascend Dispensary App.
