Costco discount could mean $500 in savings

Everyone who loves to buy in bulk knows the valuable aspect of a Costco membership, and some may have gotten a great tire deal at its tire centers.

But many may not know about the 15% discount on car parts, service and accessories at participating Costco service centers that do more than tires.

The hidden gem savings can be used on air conditioning (a much needed feature right now) as well as wheel alignment, brakes and even floor mats.

The maximum allowed savings taps out at $500, but that's still a heck of a discount.
