Culver'shas launched its first nationwide loyalty program, Delicious Rewards, designed to digitally enhance the brand's signature hospitality and reward guest loyalty in a highly personalized way.

Key features:

• Earn rate: Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent at participating Culver's restaurants.
• Access: Guests can earn points through online orders via the Culver's app or website, by scanning a membership code in-restaurant, or by providing their phone number at checkout
• Redemption: Points can be redeemed for free or discounted menu items, including the famous ButterBurger and Fresh Frozen Custard.
• Personalized perks: The program includes special birthday and half-birthday deals, surprise offers, and utilizes past purchase data to share unique offers and help restaurant teams serve guests better.

Upcoming enhancements include personalized recommendations in the app and the ability for members to provide input on future menu development.
