Jimmy John's is replacing its Freaky Fast Rewards loyalty program with JJ Rewards, shfting from a "visit-based" model to a more flexible, spend-based system.
Members now earn 10 points for every $1 spent, which may redeemed for a variety of menu items, including sandwiches, sides, drinks and desserts.
New members who sign up on the company's website or mobile app will receive a free 8-inch Original or Favorite sandwich after their first qualifying purchase.
Existing members will be automatically enrolled in the new program and have their previous rewards transferred. All members will continue to receive a free birthday sandwich and other special offers throughout the year.
The sandwich chain has over 2,700 locations.
