Lyft is partnering with United Airlines to offer MileagePlus points to riders that link their two accounts. Lyft previously ended its partnership with Delta Airlines a few months back, according to a report by CNBC.
Riders will earn one mile for each dollar on Standard Priority and XL rides and two miles for business profiles. Customers will earn three miles per dollar on Extra Comfort, Lyft Black and Black SUV. Rewards do not stack.
"We have this simple, yet really customer-obsessed way of approaching things," Brian Irving, CMO, said in the report.
