McDonald’s offers free fries on Fridays through year’s end

Friday is free fries at McDonald's. The hamburger brand is giving away free medium fries every Friday with a minimum purchase of $1 on the app.

The deal will last through Dec. 31 and can be used once on a Friday.

To get the freebie you need to download the app, create an account and make a $1 minimum purchase. Then head to the deals tab to choose the deal.

New app users can also get 10 free McNuggets with their first app order that is at least $1.
