Millennium Hotels & Resorts has partnered with the Indian Hotels Company Ltd. to integrate their loyalty programs, according to a report by Travel and Tour World.
The agreement links MHR's MyMillennium program with IHCL's Taj InnerCircle (part of NeuPass). Under the new terms, members of both programs receive a 10% discount on stays at participating hotels worldwide. This includes access to MHR's 145 locations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, as well as IHCL's Taj-branded luxury hotels in India and beyond.
The collaboration coincides with Millennium's 30th anniversary and aims to expand the international reach of both brands. Beyond discounted rates, the partnership focuses on streamlining the member experience, allowing frequent travelers to earn and redeem rewards for dining, wellness, and stays at high-profile locations such as The Biltmore Los Angeles and The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai.
Puneet Chhatwal, managing director and CEO of IHCL, told the news outlet that the alliance integrates the brands' world-class offerings to provide a more seamless global travel experience. The move signals a shift toward broader loyalty ecosystems in the hospitality industry, prioritizing flexibility and cross-brand recognition for premium travelers.
