Southwest Airlines has adjusted the number of Rapid Rewards points customers can earn — upping the points on Business Select fares.
It is also introducing variable redemption rates across high demand and lower demand flights.
The airline is now also offering a credit for one checked bag for Rapid Rewards credit card members.
All the changes will apply on or after May 28.
