The free loyalty program from Sweetgreen is called Sweetpass and the two-tier program lets users earn rewards, a birthday gift as well as access to menu exclusives.
The app, which is available for both Android and iOS, lets members skip the line at the local restaurant by ordering and paying ahead.
The loyalty program incorporates online orders created via the app or the brand's website. It will soon include in-store member purchases, according to published reports.
It initially debuted in a trial effort this spring. The first tier lets members earn discounts by participating in personalized challenges.
The second tier, called Sweetpass+, costs $10 a month. Members get $3 off the daily order, delivery perks and first access to merchandise launches.
