When it comes to having great loyalty programs, Victoria's Secret, Amazon and Walmart are tops, according to Newsweek's fourth annual ranking.
The results are based on a survey that polled more than 4,000 U.S. consumers who are members of loyalty programs.
For the ranking, loyalty programs were defined as all reward programs that provided the customer with a benefit when purchasing or using the products or services of the associated brands.
The final assessment and rankings were based on six criteria: Ease and enjoyment; Benefit; Overall satisfaction; Customer support; Trust; and Recommendation.
Other retailers making the list include Dillard's, True Value, Torrid and Banana Republic.
