Viva Chicken expands loyalty program

Viva Chicken, a Peruvian rotisserie chain, has launched a redesigned app with an expanded loyalty program featuring enhanced meal customization, easier re-ordering, streamlined navigation and mobile order notifications. It also utilizes geolocation to display local events and offers special in-app deals and rewards.

The loyalty program, called Viva Chicken Insiders, allows members to earn points redeemable for free food, exclusive experiences and merchandise. New members receive a $5 reward for signing up, and current members may keep existing points.
