Pizzawala leaders talk loyalty program features

Networld Media Group Editor Bradley Cooper met up with Darshan Patel VP of franchising development and Vrijesh Patel, COO, of Pizzawala at the recent Fast Casual Executive Summit to talk about the fast casual brand's loyalty program.

The brand recently launched a new loyalty program using a tier system that rewards members on spend. "It's not just $5 off as we want to give our customers a little more to show them how much we appreciate their loyalty," said Darshan Patel.
